Updating rates, services and quotation.
Request rates with Trade Dept and files rates once approved.
Responding to inquiries and shipment details from new and existing customers.
Coordinate with related departments to meet customer expectations.
Keep abreast with competitor’s activities; expand existing and new networks for maximum coverage.
Identifying and establishing contact and develop business opportunity with potential customers proactively.
Follow up with payment.
Able to conduct market research & collect market intelligence to formulate strategies for business growth.
Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the company.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Sales, Logistic, Shipping Industry Experience
Preferably Executive specialized in Sales & Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
